The Board will review 3rd Quarter Performance of the fund as a whole during the November meeting. Will you or your spouse soon celebrate your 65th birthday? Please remember that the Town of Weymouth requires enrollment in Medicare Part A and Part B as a condition for in the Town’s Insurance Program. Most people will receive a Medicare card in the mail from Social Security about three months before your birthday. But if you haven’t heard from them, please take the time to visit the Social Security office closest to your home to inquire about your eligibility. It is necessary for the Weymouth Retirement Office to have a copy of the card when you receive it. Retirement Board Election – Ballots will be mailed to all retirees on November 14th. The Office will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on December 16th for active members to vote. |
