Please be advised that at the meeting of the Weymouth Retirement Board held on Monday, November 20, 2017, the Board determined that Richard Hayes was the only candidate nominated for the elected member position on the Weymouth Retirement Board.
Therefore, it was voted to declare Richard Hayes to be an elected member of the Weymouth Retirement Board in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 32, 840 CMR 7.00. His term will commence on January 1, 2018 and expire on December 31, 2020.
